I have just upgraded to 2017 from V19 and I find that in each function window the actual display/print is that small I can barely read it.
is there some way I can actaully enlarge the whole display and yes I have clicked on the top RH box thingy but doesn't really make that much difference.

Changing Company Name
The Company has just changed its name and its trading name (but has the same ACN and ABN) I have tried to edit details in My MYOB. I have changed the trading name but the Company Name is greyed out. How can I advise you of this change?

Could not update to 2017.1
SQL Database error on transferring myox file to new computer
I've just installed Accountright Plus V 2015.1.17.580 on two other PC's, one with Windows 8, the other with Windows 10 and I get the same result.
I can open and view all my data, add new employees, bills etc, but as soon as I try to process payroll I get the error:

and Accountright Plus closes

We have MYOB MYOB Accountright Plus v19.14 installed and trying to install MYOB Accountright Plus v19.14, I have downloaded the Full Installer but when I run the installer for MYOB Accountright Plus v19.14 it says another version is already installed.

Card Types have changed during upgrade
During the recent update many of my Supplier Cards have been changed to Customer Cards, which I am unable to change back. Many of my suppliers have particular accounts and memos attached to them which I have now lost. Is there a way to fix this?

the file has been updated for use with a newer accountright product

I'm a student of accounting TAFE online. I'm using the textbook and MYOB software attached in it.
When I want to do assessment, I can't open the assessment files and it always shows 'the file has been updated for use with a newer accountright product.'
I have changed several computers and same happens.
But I don't think the assessment files are created by high version, because other students don't have this problem.
Does anyone can help? thx.

MYOB Add on connector and TREND virus program
At start up there is a conflict between MYOB add on connect and the Trend ransomwear Folder Shield.
At end of start up a dialog box appears "Shortcut Launcher error etc etc" A senior Trend technical support person spent over 2 1/2hours controlling my computer running many tests. With the folder shield disabled the message does not appear. He checked all the MYOB data and looked through all the technical to find a source. He did may tests with and without the MYOB to confirm the problem. He has disabled the Folder Shield so my add-on will still work. With the folder shield it does not work. He has collected all the relevant data from my computer to analyse and will let me know if they find a problem to fix, but for now cannot fix the conflict with the Ransomewear Folder shield On. This is the first instance they have had this problem.
Has MYOB come across this issue and has there been a fix for it. I am still on version 2016.2. The MYOB is exempt within Trend as there were data loss issues when on ADSL.
Due to internet issues I was not able to upgrade to the latest version and have been working offline for the last six months. I also had no internet for a week. I now have NBN which is up and running well and as soon as I get a minute will upgrade to the latest. Is this likely to fix the Folder Shield issue or will it still be there.
Any ideas? Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix? I have used Trend for many, many years without previous issues.

Transferring AccountRight 19.5 to new computer
I know i am pushing it but I currently have AccountRight Plus 19.5 installed on my computer running Windows XP. I have bought a new computer (Windows 10) and would like to transfer this to the new computer. Problem is I bought the original CD as Accounting Plus v18.5 and the upgrades were done as a download so I don't have a AccountRight plus 19.5 CD. Is there anyway of doing this transfer? I have no need for an online version of MYOB and my very small business can't afford $50 per month. Any thoughts appreciated.

Closing MYOB AccountRight
Hello,
We have been using MYOB AccountRight for a number of years but as we grew we've need to migrate to a larger ERP system.
How can I close our MYOB subscription and still maintain access to our data?
Two problems - Unable to delete a payment and when I try to update it my antivirus screams "trojan"
I have two problems in one, hope someone can help.
1. I have a payment that I can not delete, it has not allocated to any invoice. Everytime I try to open, change or delete Myob reports "something has gone wrong and Accounting Plus needs to close down"It should never have been placed agaisnt this customer, I get a number of different error messages depending on what I'm trying to do. When trying to delete I get

Currently had AccountRight v19.5 on a Windows 7 machine but the hard drive packed it in. I arranged a new PC but it has come with Windows 10 (x64) and the abovementioned version is not compatible for install.
