Issues upgrading to AccountRight Live

I have been trying to upgrade my myob products to be STP compliant now for the past 8 weeks and I am still no nearer to solving the issues.  I must have spoke to every MYOB representative and I have been told so many different stories I am at a loss what to do next.  I am no nearer to getting my product upgraded and I am soooooo annoyed at the amount of time it has taken and the lack of knowledge

1.  Approached by MYOB Partner Manager I needed to change product

2.  Then told my Serial number had changed

3.  Then told I needed more licences

4.  I then get repeated calls from MYOB tring to sell me a different product only to be advised that I have the right product for our needs

5.  Then I am told it wont upgrade as somehow MYOB have changed by email address to my personal email address

6.  Then I am told I have to have a Premier Licence

7.  No one knows what needs to be done to get my datafile STP compliant!!@!!!!

 

I am so over this.  Who will take ownership????  I have getting passed from pillar to post with no resolution.  Absolutely terrible service when its needed!!!

 

hopefully someone at MYOB will read this and look into my issues and take Ownership!!!


Wrong Billing Address on your Invoices

Hi

 

All the invoices I receive from MYOB for monthly subscriptions show my old address. Yet when I check my customer details, the correct information is shown.

What can be done to fix this?

how to customise forms in Account Right 2019

We have updated to Account Right 2019 for STP purposes.  I have attempted to customise a form created in previous MYOB version, but cannot access the form to customise.  Could you please advise how to customise now that the file is online?  thank you.

6 cent rounding after decimal point when entering in sales invoice

Hi I have been on hold for over an hour very frustrating...

 

Since doing the latest update 2019.1 or what ever it is.

 

When invoicing in Sales, and I enter in QTY items with decimal points. The unit price has 6 decimal points rounding up! Which looks ridiculous! My customers will think I an trying to rip them off. Instead of saying $12.50. Its says $12.500102 ect

 

I am hold as supposably it might be a script error and can be corrected? I have been on hold in limbo with no idea or update from anyone what is actaully happening.

 

Not to mention our file is so ridiculously slow its not funny!

 

Can someone please tell me if I can fix this ASAP.

Or talk me off hold and talk to me.

 

 

 

 

 

New serial number required for uplodaing files from AccountRight Premier V19 to Account Right 2019

I start uploading files from AccountRight Premier V19 to Account Right 2019 and be asked to enter a new serial number. Can you let me know what it is? 

It is a pain to contact your helpdesk, either a long wait on call or no response in live chat!

Upgrading Company File 2018.4 to 2019.1

Hello,

 

We have started an upgrade from MYOB Accounting Right 2018.4 to 2019.1 on Saturday (20 April), as of today the company file is still not accessible and still showing as 2018.4 and 'upgrading'. We have tried to call MYOB support twice, but both times have been advised to wait and it will fix itself. It is now 4 days without access as we can't even access a read only version. Are there any potential fixes or solutions? 

 

We have tried reopening with 2018.4, clearing cookies in all browsers, double checking all users are logged out.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Serial Number Doesnt Match Your Account

Hi

I am upgrading from V19 to AR and it has come up and said that the serial number doesnt match our account, however when I check my.myob and my MYOB file they are the same.

HELP!!  Need to get this sorted this morning.

Upgrading file

I have selected to upgrade my file to the 2019 AR version. It's been over 2 weeks now and the file has still not been upgraded. It takes almost an hour to try and to speak to someone on the phone.

 

Can I please have this resolved asap.

Need advice . Have myob v13.5 and like a multiuser version software. Which is the next version I can upgrade to & how can I get it . Can I find certified myob consultant to do this and migrate the old data .

After updating I log on and get this message, and have to re-login, how do I stop this from happening.

Migrating to new laptop MYOB AccountRight Basics - 2012.10

I've just purchased a new laptop and need to install MYOB AccountRight Basics - 2012.10 (currently installed on old laptop).

I can't see the software on the MYOB download page.

Is there somewhere I can obtain the software to install on the new laptop?

Hi,

 

I am currently upgrading to MYOB v17 as we were way behind on our upgrade.

Once the upgrade was completed i noticed that one company file is loaded and displaying that we have no knowledge about, how can i delete this off our account with MYOB?

 

Also i have two company files that are loaded on our v13, one company displays like three times.

How can i get two of the files deleted?

 

Can you help please?

 

I also have issues with loading company files from v13 to v17?

Error message keeps saying "Company file does not fit the upgrade."

Cannot Access my online File

I cannot access one of my online files.  It tells me the password is incorrect.  How can I reset.  I currently have 3 online files. 

Cannot import from Simpro to MYOB

I have been importing information from Simpro to MYOB for month swith no issue until Wednesday 24 April 2019.

 

Now when I try to import I manage to click the MYOB link and sign in successfully but then when I choose the company file I am asked for an Administrator password - I am the administrator and know the password but it is not being accepted.  No password does not work either.  I ahve spent over three hours on the phone to MYOB trying to sort this out and after being bounced around teh call was cut off.

 

Please someone help me as I cant afford another three hours of being transferred and waiting for no result.

Was this for the Accountright 2019 online version? I have not upgraded to that as yet but am interested to know what issues this has online vs offline...
