I have been trying to upgrade my myob products to be STP compliant now for the past 8 weeks and I am still no nearer to solving the issues. I must have spoke to every MYOB representative and I have been told so many different stories I am at a loss what to do next. I am no nearer to getting my product upgraded and I am soooooo annoyed at the amount of time it has taken and the lack of knowledge
1. Approached by MYOB Partner Manager I needed to change product
2. Then told my Serial number had changed
3. Then told I needed more licences
4. I then get repeated calls from MYOB tring to sell me a different product only to be advised that I have the right product for our needs
5. Then I am told it wont upgrade as somehow MYOB have changed by email address to my personal email address
6. Then I am told I have to have a Premier Licence
7. No one knows what needs to be done to get my datafile STP compliant!!@!!!!
I am so over this. Who will take ownership???? I have getting passed from pillar to post with no resolution. Absolutely terrible service when its needed!!!
hopefully someone at MYOB will read this and look into my issues and take Ownership!!!
