We use AccountRight Plus 2017.1
Again have the same issue....
Everyone in the office is getting a "session timeout due to inactivity" error in the middle of working.
After closing out a few times and logging back in we are now not even able to login and the following error appears:
"This session has expired. Your company file session has expired because of inactivity, or an AccountRight Live administrator is upgrading or restoring the file. Please sign on to your company file again."
We need to start EOY payroll asap....Please help!!
