Hi.
Currently my computer is running windows 8 - which I loathe! Microsoft are offering a free upgrade to Windows 10 for people with windows 8 (that in itself says somthing about the windows 8 program!!) until the end of July 2016.
My concern is that, if I upgrade, it will muck up my AccountRight Basics. Occasions in that past, when my computer has done one of those sneaky upgrades overnight, I have been left pulling my hair out wondering why it wasn't working when it had been working the day before. There has always been a fix, but not before I've spent countless hours trying to fix it.
So, my question is, if I upgrade to Windows 10 is my AccountRight Basicis (v. 2013.5) not going to work properly?
I've had a search around the forum and there seemed to have been problems encountered back in late 2015 - they seemed to have been solved eventually, but probably not before a lot of people needed hair transplants!
I was hoping that, since several months have passed that there may have been a "fix/update" so that if someone does the Windows 10 upgrade their AccountRight Basics would not be affected and would automatically keep working normally.
Can anyone enlighten me on this? With the problems I've had in the past with upgrades, I'm seriously considering not upgrading - even though I hate windows 8 with a passion, the thought of my MYOB causing me problems is much scarier... I currently have a full head of hair again and would like to keep it that way
