Hi there - i called and spoke to someone last week that was going to sort this issue out, they said they would email me but i havent heard anything - basically trying to upload the company file so it may be upgraded / optimised to use in the cloud. I log in, browse the correct file, put in the Administrator password and then get a screen stating my serial number doesnt match my account.
Yet the serial number is correct? the same serial number is on the myob account i pay yearly and is in my.myob account? i have attached the error message i get.
help appreciated
