Setting up account right 2017.1.0 sever edition, Can't find local files.

Hello.

Recently upgraded from V19 to account right for four users all on Windows 7 64 bit OS. 

Prior to upgrading, we tried out the trial version, converting a copy of our *.myo file to *myox.

 

Now that we have upgraded, I am trying to set up the server edition for our 4 users, possible 5 in the future.

So far I have;

 

- Downloaded server edition 2017.1.0. and installed onto the server computer. Other users are using 2017.1.1.

- Used the set library location function to change the library to C:\data\accountright1718. Rason for this is that I target this file for daily back up to a NAS.

 

Account right then tells myself to move my existing files to this location, which is c:\documents\MYOB\My accountRight files. But all that is located in this folder is a copy of the *.myox file I converted for the trial, which was on the 16th of October. 

I would prefer to work with our current file that is online rather than a month old! 

 

Currently we are using the online cloud for our file which is synced, usually a few minutes behind current time.

 

So, how do I get an up to date working file to use locally? 

I am hoping that I will be able to run accounts right locally from the server to all users over local wired network, hoping that it will be faster than lowly internet speeds and then back up to the cloud/internet access outside of the office.

 

Where have I gone wrong?
