Update 2017.2 not loading

Hi

I've tried to download the update.

It's in my download file

when I execute it - it says it's processed and the program is updated.

Then when I run myob it's still 2017.1

if I then click the update box - it just clears the screen and then goes to the log in page again

I've tried installing by downloading it from my MYOB screen

I've also tried installing by downloading it from my.myob.com.au

Any assistance would be appreciated.

we have three computers to update!
