Version: MYOB AccountRight Enterprise v19.14
Installed on Terminal Server.
One user cannot open MYOB data file by double-clicking. She has to open MYOB program first and then open the data file. MYOB files are not associated to open with MYOB 19.14.
She is our Finance Manager and insists that she wants to double-click to open the data file.
I cannot change the file association to MYOB for some reason.
I can associate this MYO file to open with Notepad or any Office programs. So Windows file association works ok. Also other users can assign MYOB as default and have no issues in double-clicking to open.
I also checked the RegEdit on user's Terminal Server session.
MYOB Australia Support advised that this is a Windows issue and they cannot fix.
Does anyone else have this issue and/or has anyone found a fix?
