I am running AccountRight on 2 computers, with the data file stored on a server in our office. I am very out of date and want to catch up. I am on AccountRight v19.5 and need to roll over 3 financial years (Yes, I know that is out of date!) I like to be able to access prior years' data by storing a copy of the .myo file as well as any zipped copy. I am not sure in which order to do this.
1. If I roll over the 3 years then upgrade my software, will the updated software be able to read the prior years' data files? Or do I need to upgrade the software first?
2. What do I upgrade to? And where do I get this? At this stage I don't want to go onto the Cloud, but just use the latest version of AccountRight on my office-based system.
3. I have been paying an MYOB support fee for many years without using it, but can't actually see how to get that support right now - is this the correct place, or could someone please tell me how to get support in NZ?
Thanks!
