We're finding entering data online a little slow process so we want to go offline for a little while and then log back online later. However whenever we try to log off it syncs but then we get the error message "Failed to check out online company file".
We've successfully managed to log off in the past so not sure why it's happening now.
We've tried wipping MYOB from our computer and then reinstalling it but it still fails to log out.
