After remote connection to my computer by MYOB techs yesterday (10 March) it appears that most of the problems I was having may be solved. I say 'may be' because it seems that everything is working OK and my computer is loading more quickly etc but it still is early days, so we'll see what happens. A big thank you to the techs for their help.
One of the problems corrected was that there were seven MYOB services running all the time even though MYOB had not been opened in that session. I notice that today the following are still running even thought MYOB has not been opened:
MYOB AccountRight API
MYOB AccountRight Service
MYOB AccountRight Server 2015.4
MYOB AccountRight Server Locator
Can someone tell me if this normal?
Can someone also let me know an email address for the accounts deptartment as I can't understand why our direct debit has gone up from $42.00 to $50.00 without any notification to us.
