We are running Accountright 2016.2.1 and on every computer with Windows 10 it crashes when you click on the Bank Register button or try to capture a creditor invoice.
It has been happenning since the Windows 10 upgrade last year, happens on all of our pc's and makes no difference whether it was one with a clean Win 10 install, and uograde or even the new anniversary win 10 clean install.
We are an accounting company based in South Africa doing processing and capturing for an Australian client.
The error log simply says null value unknown and does not tell us what caused the crash.
What should we be looking at in order to resolve the issue? Up until now I've had to have a dual boot pc with Windows 7 and Windows 10 but this is no longer an option for us.
I have tried running it as an administrator, tried compatability mode, etc and so far nothing helps.
