I have cloud-based Account Right Premier Version 2016.1.18.1195.
I hired a new employee and correctly set him up in Setup/User Access selecting Company File Signon via my.myob user access
When I saved, it asked if I wanted to send an invitation I click YES and it takes me to my.mob invitation screen. I click send invite. But no invitation ever comes. I tried RESEND invitation 3 or 4 times. Each time it acknoweldes "Invitation has successfully ben sent...".
I am 100000% sure the email address is correct (easily copy and paste to test it).
The invitation never comes so the new employee cannot sign into MYOB.
What is next please.
