I currently have the v19.7 installed.
When I followed the link provided by MYOB to upgrade to v19.11.3, and commenced installation, I get the following error message in the attachment, asking me to remove my current version.
I am unsure what to do next, will my existing data be lost if I remove the current version?
I run a business and cannot afford to lose the info. Please advise what I should do next.
Can anyone please provide some advice?
