Running Reports

Hoping that someone can help me, please. I have recently upgraded to 2016.2 version and even when I was using 2016.1 version today I wasn't able to run the reports. I would put the mouse over the word "REPORTS" and then move down to "INDEX OF REPORTS" and then the whole program would freeze up.

 

I have tried contacting live chat but to no avail. They told me to switch off my antivirus, etc. and try again. Made no difference. I tried rebooting my computer. As far as I know no one has done any other upgrades except me, and that was only from version 2016.1 to 2016.2.

 

Has anyone else had this problem? I desperaterly need help as I have to do wages tomorrow but I need to leave soon.
