Dear MYOB Community,
I am hoping someone can assist as i have spent 3 hours with "support' to no avail. Since upgrading to 2016.2.0 I have been encountering the error message "account right has encountered and error and needs to exit".
This has been happening intermittently when entering purchases or pay bills or enter income (all I have done so far).
Once it has happened when just opening the file.
I have had several different error logs - but the main one seems to be database is already open by another user...unusual seeing as the software is installed locally and no other users.
Support has firstly told me it was my antivirus, then told me my file was corrupt and sent me a "fixed" file, now I have been told it is something in the backgound and I need to talk to my own IT people.
Seems a run around considering I was having no issues at all with any earlier versions.
I see other people are having the same issues so i am pleasding with the creators to please look at what has been done differently in 2016.2.0 to cause this problem.
It is very frustrating not being able to use my program and being told it is something my end when no other version has had this problem and nothing has changed with regards to my computer (except MYOB).
