Hey guys, need some help please.
Dropped accountright 2016.2 onto a new laptop yesterday and it updated my 2016.1 company file to 2016.2 and ever since then I cannot get on on either the laptop nor the desktop pc that it normally runs on.
I just get the familier Ünable to Connect error screen.
Changed DNS servers as per online help, but that is not the issue.
Disabled all virus and malware software, but hat is not the issue.
Rang support, half hour + wait, cant do that as I out on client site on a mobile atm
argh! help! Is it me or has something jacked my company file up in the upgrade?
