I opened MYOB a couple of hours ago and it has a message on the top saying that upgrade 2016.2 is available and I clicked on the upgrade button and went through the whole process, took about 10 minutes and it told me it was completed. The message is still up the top though and when I check About MYOB in Help it tells me that I still only have version 2015.4.17. I shut down the computer and reopened it to see if that was what was needed but no, it's still the same. I have a memory of this happening before and MYOB ended up warning that it would not operate shortly if the upgrade was not done. This problem was worked out by somebody else in the office who I can no longer contact so I don't know how it was solved previously. Can someone please help me sort this out?
