We have AccountRight 2016.2 installed on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Remote Desktop Server along with Office 2016.
We have configured one (and only one) Outlook profile for each user and that profile is set to always be used.
Outlook has been set as the default program for Email, Calendar and Contacts.
All Security Registry settings have been set via Group Policy so no security warnings/prompts occur.
Whenever an email is sent from AccountRight it ALWAYS prompts for the Outlook profile. This was never an issue with AccountRight V19 and Outlook 2013 (when they were also installed on an RD server).
If multiple emails are sent (eg multiple remittance advice emails), the profile is prompted for every email.
The 'solution' of having Outlook open/running is not a viable solution when running AccountRight from an RD server.
Can MYOB provide some definite guidance on how this should be setup to operate correctly with Outlook 2016?
