I am currently running MYOB on my Win 7 laptop (AR 2015.4.17.6418)
I've recently (regrettably!) bought a Win 10 laptop as my old one is slowly fading away. I'm trying to install the programme on the new computer, but I am getting an error. Here's what I know so far.
My disks are 2013.3. I update my subs every year, and run all updates once my accountant's firm have run theirs.
I ran the 2013.3 disks in the Win laptop today to install the software. It appeared to install as normal. My AV software is disabled.
However, on my new computer, when I try to open my company file stored online I get a connection error ... (basically)... 'Task cannot be completed due to a network or internet connection. Please check and try again later'
My network is wireless, and is certainly working on all devices. I thought the issue might have been due to different versions (from disk used and online in library - I cannot fix this as I can't even open the software!)
I'm stuck, has anyone had this and how did you fix it?
