Today I received an email advising me to upgrade to above which I did however now I can't access myob?
I have had to find the pre upgrade version(2016.1)
I was on hold for 22 minutes with MYOB and gave up (there no longer is the option for live chat??)
I have downloaded the upgrade and installed it however when I enter my email and password to get started I get the following error message-"oops we couldnt find a product that matches your email address"
Has anyone else had this problem??
I have no problem logging in with the same email and password on the old 2016.1?
