I keep getting the message
"Unable to connect - The Company file could not be opened. Please check that the MYOB AccountRight Server Locator service is started."
The server locator is running .
I have optimised the file to be upgraded.
I have put the file to be upgraded into an "Üpgrade" folder on the desktop.
The file i am upgrading is version AccountRight Plus 19.11.3A.
I want to upgrade to AccountRight 2016.1
Hoping someone can help.
