Hi, I've been using AccountRightBasics v 2011.0.12.4717 SN 6148xxxxxxxx for the last few years, I was off work for 8 weeks and went to invoice today but cant access it due to this ActivationVerificationFailed (100007) error that seems to have come up. Is this a way MYOB use to drum up new business and make people upgrade?? I have read all through the forums and tried the so called solutions to no avail, I plugged in my old laptop and was able to open MYOB until I went online obviously it contacted MYOB! please don't say it was a security upgrade as i checked the updates and there was none since it was turned off about 8 months ago! Desperate to invoice my last 4 weeks of income so I could be paid I tried a 30 day trial but only for two minutes as IT DOESN"T WORK for me.... the format of the invoice isn't suitable for me! I don't sell any items! Ii only sell my labor/service I can't even access my old invoice history, is there anyway I can use my old format or do I consider changing to another accounting supplier?
