No help yet so I took the company file out of the MYOB folder and put elsewhere in a document folder.
I checked out from the online folder but it did not put a new company file into the accountright my files folder.
So I put my document back where it was then opened. the data is still not transferring from online. I checked back into online as I have to get tax documents prepared. The online information is correct.
My employer wants to charge someone for all the lost time the program has caused us!
I am not an IT person so struggle with what has to be done though thought I had learnt a lot how to fix this.
PLEASE what can I do to get it re-connected to offline file. Befor I took it offline I confirmed the file again.
I have been through my old notes but the steps improve with upgrades.
there is at least a 30 minute wait on the phone. Past responses on the community help have been excellent, would appreciate the help again this time.
