Rolling over to new financial year

We have two users in our AccountRight company file. If the administrator rolls over to the new financial year, will this automatically roll over for the other user. I presume that the other user must not be logged on at the time of the roll over.

I'm familiar with the procedure of rolling over in v19 but haven't done it on the live version
