Hi,
We are trying to open a 2015.3 online file in 2015.3 but are unable to even log online. We are unable to upgrade this file to newer versions as the client does not have the access to upgrade the MYOB on their personal systems.
A staff member has told me that they were able to acess the online and the file last week, but now we are greeted with the message below when we login with correct credentials in 2015.3.
Worth of note that we do not get this message with 2015.4.
