Hi I have been waiting all day on a call from MYOB to sort out my few problems
1. i cancelled a couple of companies from the cloud - but the wrong one got cancelled, so i called and spoke with tech support who gave me a something to try, but this did not work and i cant get access to bank feeds on the company i want to keep on the clout, this is rediculous, and i have received no contact from your company. This is urgent as its month end for me to report to my directors.
2. if i cancel from the cloud i expect to be able to access my company files without being in the cloud as i have paid for the software myself and only went on the cloud to get access from anywhere and also bank feeds etc.
3.I have been trying to get through to Super dept as i need to up all the remaining companies in the cloud to a higher amount that i can transfer through the super portal, as i have increased the staff which has been employed.
the companies i need the portal for is 4 and the companies i dont want the cloud for but able to access and do things not online as i purchased the software is 2. I need a response asap regarding this as i have deadlines to meet
