After reading all the problems with MYOB with slow performance, which is the big problem I am having now that the company has grown and have employed extra staff to help with office work, but when they log on it is that slow that I need to log of so someone can actually get some work done which defeats the whole purpose of Employing anyone as we can still only have 1 person on MYOB at atime. MYOB has been around for a long time now so it amazes me that it obviously is still only usable for small business 1 person operation only. I have now brought in my IT experts to see if they can help fix this major problem at a very high cost. MYOB why do you charge yearly fees so we can get help when obviously you have no answers. I have read all forum complaints about this problem but there does not seem to be any simple answer. Why sell a product for business when 2 people cant work on MYOB at the same time!
Wish I new this before being conned into buying it. Quick books never had these problems!!! Have called several times to speak to someone about this but there was no one available to talk to all I get is a recorded message saying to log in and go to help forum for answers PS: Have done that and there are no answers! Hopefully my IT experts can fix this problem that should not be a problem in the first place.
