Can't upgrade company file to 2015.4

Hi,

 

I'm having trouble upgrading the company file, we have been using the file offline and now I am unable to check in to AccountRight Live online as the file seems to be stuck in the 2014.1 version.

 

I rang the MYOB helpdesk earlier today and they sent me an email with the link for the new 2015.4 version but when I tried to check in online to the new 2015.4 version, I received an error message saying "Check in Failed Unexpectedly" and to "Check in using 2014.2 version and then upgrade the file".

 

I have tried to download the 2014.2 version from my.MYOB but I'm getting another error message saying -

"One or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please fix the setup and retry setup.

0x800b0101 - A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file".

 

I have tried to upgrade the file itself but it is a MYOX file and when I browse to find the file, it won't bring up the MYOX file, it's looking for a .myo or .dat or .prm file.

 

If you could please help me, that would be great.
