i have just installed a trial version of accountright 2017 live to take a look at the features before we upgrade our system to be online. I have installed the program but every time I go to the accounts command centre and click on an account to look at transactions I get an error message (Unknown 0) and I am not sure why. We are using premier v19 at the moment, so I would like to know what the reason for this is before we commit to transferring over.
