HI,
I upgraded wondows to windows 10 and all my issues started.
I was given a temp profile which i did not realise nor did i know that it deleted the profile when you logged out, so i had upgraded and sorted the issues with MYOB (thanks to this community) only for them to be deleted. So when i logged into the computer the next day, it was all gone and the issues came back but this time unable to be fixed.
So i uninstalled MYOB and re installed but now it is telling me a service call has failed. Please check your network connection and retry. (I am connected). Clicked retry several times and nothing happened.
Please help, i need to get into the company file to run payroll.
