My my.myob login has two serial numbers attached to it. One is active the other isnt, but they overlap and conflict.
Today I tried to adda user (with their own my.myob account) from inside MYOB (the active serial), and it somehow added them to the other non active serial?
The issue with the dual serials was looked into at an earlier time and was never properly resolved.
In fact it was made worse, now our new company name has an inactive serial and the old company name is on the active serial...
