I am a bookkeeper and have been approached by a client using MYOB Enterprise. They have given me a backup of their file. I have downloaded a trial version, but get a message the clients file is from a later version. Is it possible to get a current trial version? I was on a call to the helpline for over 90 minutes yesterday and advised to download a different version. The software asked me upload a file, but then sent back a message saying it was not possible to upgrade Enterprise files at this time
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
