Compliance Update MYOB AccountRight2017.2.0

I am trying to open our company file with the new MYOB account right 2017.2.0 but receiving the message:

This company file is for use with AccountRight 2017.1

To use the company file with AccountRight 2017.2, it needs to be upgraded by an AccountRight Live Administrator. 

However, in user access, I was set up as Administrator. 

Can anyone please help with this issue.
