Hi. I had an older version of Accounright and just purchased Accountright Basics. I uploaded my old MYOB data file for conversion and the follow message was emailed back:
"The file you're upgrading is for a higher product level than your new AccountRight serial number. The AccountRight product levels (from highest to lowest) are Premier, Plus, Standard and Basics.
What you need to do
Make sure you're upgrading the correct company file. If you're sure it is, contact us for help with your upgrade. It should be a quick fix and you'll be upgraded to the new AccountRight in no time."
I gave up trying to call support as after an hour in the queue I gave up. Terrible service.
Anyway, can anyone here tell me how I can use my existing MYOB AccountRight V18 file in Accountright Basics?
