Unable to Perform Online Confirmation

I am using a 2005 version of MYOB - release 15.0.2 with payroll. I know this is very old but I just use it for my own accounts which involves a very small number of transactions.

 

I can no longer confirm online and when  I called to confirm over the phone I was told that windows 10 is the cause of my problem and I will have to purchase a newer version of MYOB. I am not satisfied with this answer because I have used windows 10 to confirm before.

 

I find it strange that he couldn't give me a confirmation code. I can't see how my having windows 10 would prevent him from deriving a code from their system.
