API Issues after upgrade to 2017.2

Hi All,

 

Have just upgraded an on premises Account Right 2017.1 install to 2017.2.  End users are able to access the system but we have an VB.NET app that runs each night to pull some key data out.

 

After the upgrade this API is failing as follows:

1. Can do all the steps up to and including enumerating the list of company files and selecting the one we want

2. As soon as I try a GetRange on any of the Services we get the following:

        No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

 

When I go into a web browser and access the Service via \\server:8080/accountright:

1. I get the list of company files

2. I click on the URI link

3. I enter the username and password

4. I then get the following error:

        Message, The company file can't be found. It might have been deleted

 

Nothing else has changed on the server.  I've checked firewalls, AV scans, etc.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
