We have changed from AccountRight 19.14 to live/online version and have a couple of M-powered related queries.
1) Do we need to sumbit an M-Powered services cancellation request and if so so we need to cancel all of the services, or are some still required using the online version?
2) We had some payments which were entered in the old version and pushed through to M-Powered, but had not been paid, most of which we have resolved except our BAS payment - how do we reverse or delete a payroll liabilities payment so we can re-enter & pay from the new version?
