Head account balnce incorrect

I couldn't get the correct balance on head account 

currently using 2016.2.2 version 

1-1200 Clearing Accounts

            1-1210  Undeposited Funds ac

            1-1220  Electronic Clearing Account

            1-1221  Electronic Clearing Account- Manual

            1-1230  Payrol Clearing Account

I have ticked the box in the header account to give subtotal, i have moved up and down several times, refreshed etc. all sub account now balances at zero but the header account will not give a correct total.
