My Client is having 2 issues with their MYOB AccountRight 2017.2 SE install on their terminal server:
1 Performance is severly degraded when Webroot is installed on the server as the AV. They have tried to process the bill but it just sits there forever.
2 If I uninstall Webroot temporarily and run the same bill they get this error: DataException
I have tried reinstalling webroot.
I have set all the recommended exceptions (See attached screenshot).
I have upgraded from 2017.1.1 to 2017.2.
