We recently upgraded to 2017.1.1. When preparing Electronic payments, my current bank account does not appear in the drop down box as an option to choose, even though it is set in linked accounts. MYOB is selecting the 2nd (old and inactive) bank account. When I attempt to inactivate this account, it selects the 3rd old and inactive bank account, so the current bank account never appears. I am currently creating GJ entries to correct this.
