NOT RECEIVING A SOLUTION Unable to use AccountRight a week after Windows 10 Update

 

 

Can someone please help? I haven't been able to use Account Right for almost a week now and business and banking is getting critical!  I have already posted about the steps I was advised to take and what I have done and the error messages I have been receiving.  Now the responses from the Moderators have stopped and I am still not able to do my accounting paperwork.
