Upgrading AR V19.14 to AR 2017.1 Server Edition

Hi

I'm trying to upgrade from AR 19.14.0 Server edition to AR 2017.1.1 Server Edition. For some reason when I try to run the upgrade process in AR2017.1.1 SE it is getting to the final stages and appears to freeze. Our file size is 272MB, so not the smallest however the process is taking all weekend and still not completing. Has anyone else had this issue or able to provide guidance?
