Our Subscription to one of our company files expired on Sunday (we didnt not receive notification or invoice prior to this), it was paid by credit card Monday morning, yet the file is still showing that we need to subscribe and the online file is no longer showin in our my.myob we tried calling yesterday, sat on hold for 40+ minutes and then the call was discounted without ever reaching a person, we lodged a support request and tried calling again but still nothing. looking for urgent assistance as we need o run payroll this morning!!
