Customer Payments report

Hi.

Good day..

I inputted customer payments dated October 19, 2017 but when i tried to display the customer payments (Salesperson) report (same date) it doesn't appear any but when i tried to check it in the sales register the payments exist.

This particular date only won't display the report but the other dates report exist.

Can you please help me fix this problem?
