I am trying to make a duplicate of my company file in Accountright Premier 2017 and have it setup on a trial account.
This is so I can have a copy of our data file and then link it to Neto Trial (our website platform)
via OneSaas. I want to setup and do a trial with uploading orders and inventory without affecting my actual website and myob data file.
My developer has setup a duplicate of our website, the OneSaas account. now has tried to upload our company file backup, but it has been blocked as it has my serial number already in use.
Is there a way to get my backups serial number edited and the file on the cloud for the free trial period to test our system?
