About a year ago we upgraded and moved the AR file online, paying the monthly subscription fee. We have decided we want to go back to stand alone as we don't really see value for money in the ongoing subscription fee (no payroll). I was told by MYOB help just to take the file offline and there would be no further charges however working in offline I can't get the invoices to email the way I used to when it was stand alone. Can anyone suggest either a) a better way to take the file back to stand alone rather than the "work offline" option. OR b) how to get the invoices to send via email in a work offline environment.
