Ok so here we are again, another upgrade and another problem. Why o why does MYOB find it so hard to upgrade software without the need to call support and hold on the phone for ages while someone works out how this should be done. It costs you and me time and money which we could better use elsewhere. I for one simply wanted to quickly pay an invoice before going home to my family. Instead I am stuck in the office listening to aimless music while someone from the "specialist team" comes the the phone. wtf. Finally he comes and tells me a work around which seems easy. Much easier than the click here buttons that look good but dont work. Why not make this a seamless experience (just upgrade the software without me knowing) or at least give me the option to pay the invoice without upgrading and thereby avoid the pain. Why not give us a easy work around if it doesnt without the pain of calling the helpline. Finally, what do these upgrades do anyway? Some people are happily using Discs they bought for $300 ten years ago! Hmmmwhere did I put those discs?
