Have downloaded the upgrade from ARV19 to AR2017.1 I note that minimum recommended internet upload speeds are in excess of speeds available in my regional Australia location. To get to the point of being advised of the recommended internet speed information I have has to agree to a contract and will be liable for the cost. Our computer processor speed is also slightly less than required.
Not happy. That information ought to have been provided before the need to sign a contract.
Can AR2017.1 run at 0.2 -0.3Mbps upload? (Download is 5 -7Mbps).
