Howdy,
Trying to upgrade from Basics to Plus. Can't seem to get my head around it. Have Subscriptions for both products.
Cant upgrade product (thru Help Menu) - says can't confirm file.
Can't change serial number (thru Help Menu) - greyed out
Installed accountright on a new PC, It let me select Plus - some progress -
Accidentally created a new file in Plus (to do the restore, now I realise I could have used the sample file)
When I restore my company file if just comes back as Basics (ie no payroll tab at the top)
From reading the community forum, I think I need someone to tweak some settings at MYOB's end?
I am available for phonecalls during business hours, but do not have access to the computer until after hours.
Any thoughts?
